*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that we encourage our sponsors to sit in on sessions alongside the attendees.

Please use the applicable shipping label(s) attached to ensure we place your packages in the appropriate areas at the Summit. Packages may arrive to Goben Convention Services beginning November 8 through December 6, 2024. 

Shipping Notes:

• The Swag label should be used only for items going into the attendee swag bags. For swag going to your exhibitor booth, please use the Booth label.
• Please note that additional receiving and handling fees from the hotel or show decorator may incur.
• After the event, sponsors are responsible for arranging pick-ups with their preferred carriers. The on-site decorator, Goben Convention Services, will be on-site to assist.
