Julie Conroy is Research Director for Aite Group’s Retail Banking practice and covers fraud, data security, anti-money laundering and compliance issues. Julie brings more than a decade of hands-on product management experience working with financial institutions, payments processors and risk management companies. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Product Management with Golden Gateway Financial, where she developed and managed new financial services lines of business. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Product Solutions with Early Warning Services, where she managed a suite of fraud-prevention services that provided clients with more than US$1 billion per year in loss avoidance.
TJ Horan | VP of Product Management | FICO
TJ Horan is Vice President of Product Management for FICO, leading the fraud solutions business unit. He is responsible for developing the strategic direction for FICO’s fraud products, and is also a key strategic leader in the area of transaction decisioning and analytics. TJ began his career with DuPont, where he helped design and maintain Expert Systems for process control. Since then, TJ has held a variety of technical and management roles in the fields of analytics, fraud and risk management and decision management at industry leading companies such as HNC Software and SAS.
Charles “Bud” Yanak | Director, Product Management & Partner Development | Fujitsu
Bud is the director of product management & partner development for Fujitsu Frontech North America’s Biometric Solutions. Bud has over 20 years of experience in Biometric identification technologies including iris, face, fingerprint and palm vein. Having been involved in all aspects of product and system development, from requirements and design through pilot, implementation and system deployments, he has ‘hands on’ experience in deploying financial and healthcare biometric identification solutions worldwide.

Hyonwoo Shin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CV Systems. He brings years of experience in the financial technology industry leading several technology companies serving financial institutions including banks, credit unions and mortgage origination companies. He also co-founded Fortitude Investment Partners in 2012. Hyonwoo has a strong background in capital markets, corporate restructuring and private investing stemming from over two decades in senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Jefferies, Global Hunter Securities, and Marathon Asset Management. Hyonwoo served in the US Army and is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY.
