Chad Dilley | SVP, Channel Strategy | Zions Bank

Chad Dilley is the Senior Vice President of Channel Strategy for Zions Bank. Chad is responsible for creating and driving strategy across the self service channels for Zions Bank, including Online, Mobile, and ATM. He is also focused on developing strategy to attract and retain a younger demographic to the bank. Chad earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah.

Phil Leininger | General Manager, Omni-Channel Sales & Service | USAA Bank

Phil Leininger has worked for USAA for 15 years and currently serves as General Manager of Omnichannel Sales and Service for USAA Bank. In his role, he oversees the development and delivery of strategic and operational plans for an integrated, omnichannel member experience across all of USAA Bank’s distribution channels (physical, virtual, digital). His goal is to improve acquisition, drive deeper relationships and deliver a consistently and seamless overall member experience. Prior to joining USAA, he worked in the financial services industry for both State Farm and Janus. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Howard Payne University.

Katherine McGee | Head of Digital | Wells Fargo

Based in San Francisco, Katherine McGee is the Head of Digital Product Management at Wells Fargo. Part of Wells Fargo’s Virtual Channels organization, Katherine is responsible for managing the customer experience and functionality on wellsfargo.com, and online and mobile banking. Katherine oversees product management for sales and service functionality, and all digital products and features. She also partners closely with groups across Wells Fargo as they look to digital to meet customers’ financial needs. Katherine joined Wells Fargo in 2002, and has led multiple initiatives and teams in the digital space. She has been focused on delivering great customer experiences including a redesigned website, new mobile and tablet apps, and planning tools.

John Piazza | AVP of Digital Innovation | MB Financial Bank

Based in Chicago, John Piazza leads the digital innovation practice at MB Financial Bank, a regional bank with $20 billion in assets. With an eye on leveraging new technologies, he focuses on new product development, digital strategy, and strategic investments. He partners closely with groups across MB Financial, from consumer banking to treasury management, as they look to advance their digital capabilities and plays an active role in building MB’s place in the fintech ecosystem. Prior to his current role, he led digital customer acquisition and analytics and worked on corporate strategic projects. Outside of MB, he volunteers for microfinance not-for-profits and enjoys running and cycling.

Will Hernandez has 14 years of experience ranging from newspapers to wire services and trade publications. Before becoming Editor of Mobile Payments Today, he spent two years as the content manager for PaymentsJournal.com, a leading payments industry news aggregator and information hub published by Mercator Advisory Group. He spent four years covering the payments industry as an associate editor for multiple publications in SourceMedia’s Payments Group based in Chicago including ATM&Debit News, CardLine, PaymentsSource.com, ISO&Agent Weekly and American Banker. Will helped launched SourceMedia’s bi-weekly newsletter, Mobile Banker, and built and cultivated the Payments Group’s first Twitter presence.
