Andrea Boone is an Executive Director in EY’s Financial Services Organization Digital Advisory practice. She has 15+ years of consulting and agency experience leading complex technology-driven and digital transformation initiatives across a variety of industries including financial services, retail, B2B technology, publishing, and healthcare. Andrea is passionate about digital and the ways in which digital technologies have inspired innovation and change in almost every aspect of modern life. She holds a Master’s Degree from the School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rachel Huber is an analyst in Javelin Strategy and Research’s Payments practice. Her focus is on the developing payments industry, with specific interests in e-commerce, person-to-person payments, digital wallets, and generational differences in payment preferences. Before joining Javelin, Rachel was an analyst at Fiserv where she focused on competitive intelligence and thought leadership in support of the card services division. Rachel began her career in investment management before moving into mutual fund compliance at US Bank. Rachel holds a BBA in finance and marketing and an MBA with specialization in investment management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Arijit Roy leads the marketing, product, and digital teams for Discover’s Deposits business. In this capacity, Arijit is responsible for driving growth in consumer deposits. He oversees all direct and mass marketing activities, product development and management, and the design and delivery of distinctive digital experiences for customers (on both online and mobile channels). Arijit has held several leadership positions since joining Discover in 2013. Prior to joining Discover, Arijit was an Associate Partner, at McKinsey and Company, focused on the financial services industry. Arijit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Bill Sears brings broad market experience as an applied leader in marketing technology, consumer analytics, digital marketing, and market research. He has led on-site teams and delivered business changing results at more than 20 global brands, and continues to challenge the boundaries of technology enabled data collection and application. Today, Bill leads a joint venture with Davis & Partners Consulting to translate client business challenges into solutions that leverage leading Digital Marketing Technologies. Specific areas of expertise include: Data Management, Consumer Analytics, Platform Planning, and Organizational Adoption. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from Ithaca College, and a Ducktorate Degree from the Walt Disney University.
