Ram Ridgeway | VP of Digital Experience | Advia Credit Union

Ram Ridgeway is the VP of Digital Experience at Advia Credit Union. His team manages Digital Channels, Card Services, and the Contact Center. Ram joined Advia (Kalamazoo, MI – $1.8B in assets) in March of 2018 and has over 11 years of experience in the credit union industry. In his 12 years of service, he has held leadership roles in operations, digital delivery, retail support, payments, project management, and lending. Ram believes in design thinking and rapid experimentation to test new technology. His team approaches new opportunities through the lenses of mobile first, branch optional, and creating a frictionless experience.
