The Future of Unattended Retail: Any Product, in Any Location
Consumers are more inclined than ever to use self-service, unattended venues for buying products for their everyday needs, including food, beverages, hygienic and more. COVID-19 has accelerated the demand for self-service, but at the same time, the traditional vending machines and micro markets do not meet every consumer’s needs.
Mobile order and payment devices have provided new ways to buy products without having to touch a hard surface. At the same time, the new concept of touchless cabinets and coolers are bringing safer options, more flexible variety of products with more versatile footprint requirements to the table.
Smarter, touchless and more versatile solutions bring the benefits of unattended retail to locations beyond those of the traditional convenience services operator, also opening new horizons for retailers and CPG manufacturers. Hear from a panel of professionals on the benefits of future unattended retail.

Chris Rodriguez | Owner | Del Norte Snacks
My name is Chris Rodriguez, my wife and I started Del Norte Snacks when we were young (21, 18) nothing extraordinary but desired more than conventional vending. We did our time, grew our business. Through the years I noticed that, maintaining customers happy, meant having to constantly replace equipment right when you were about to turn a profit, retirement seemed impossible. That was the moment I knew I had to take my 20 years experience and make something long lasting and much needed in our industry. An idea that combined conventional as well as modern payment methods without sacrificing the thin gains.
