Bruno Carpreau is Director of Product Management in Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence group. His tenure in the payment industry spans 2 decades, with positions at Mastercard and American Express, alternating with ventures in the airline industry (Brussels Airlines) and in retail (Carrefour). He currently serves as the chair of the Retail & Payments group at NFC Forum. Bruno is a postgraduate researcher at the Newcastle Business School, he holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School, and MSc degrees in Business Engineering and in Marketing from the KU Leuven.

Raza Shah has over twenty years of experience in Product Design and Management, Consumer Electronics, System Integration and Embedded Software. Currently, Raza leads the Technology Strategy and Design Engineering for Jabil’s Smart Home and Appliances Sector, providing product accelerators and helping customers create and own end-to-end solutions. Raza holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
