Omnichannel Integration: Do You Have A Game Plan?
The explosion of e-commerce since the start of the pandemic has sent retailers scrambling to expand points of sale, including self-order kiosks, mobile order-and-pay, curbside pickup, pickup lockers and home delivery. Integrating new and existing POS assets can be challenging. But regardless of a company’s existing POS infrastructure, management needs a road map to identify priorities and a create a successful game plan. This session will offer ideas on how to compete in today’s omnichannel retail landscape.

Hank Green is the VP Food & Beverage Operations for AMC Theatres. Hank oversees Food & Beverage execution, innovation and technology for 600 locations across the US. Over his 25 year career in exhibition Hank has worked in the Food & Beverage area, Dine In Operations and Film Programming.
Todd Marcelle | CEO | GoMoto
As Co-Founder and CEO of GoMoto, Todd Marcelle oversees growth and operations for the company. Having started GoMoto in January of 2013, Todd brings more than 20 years experience in building, leading and scaling organizations positioned for high growth. Prior to starting GoMoto, Todd acquired and sold (18 month turnaround) Multimedia Research Group and served in senior executive positions at, Frontier Strategy Group, LRN and the Corporate Executive Board. At FSG he oversaw worldwide sales, commercial operations and strategy quadrupling sales. At CEB, he led all commercial efforts for the Finance Practice in the western half of the United States & Australia and held positions prior to that in Investment Banking.

A licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, P.E., Ms. Jesse holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, and nineteen technology related patents.
