Cathy is the Director of Strategic Development & Delivery for Flushing Bank, where she is responsible for distribution & digital strategies. Prior to joining Flushing Bank, Cathy was the Metro NY area Service Director at Bank of America responsible for improving the retail customer experience by establishing behavior models and removing systemic obstacles. Prior positions include District and Regional Management and Call Center management. Cathy has significant experience with transformative banking approaches and most recently has developed a fully integrated Universal Banker model at Flushing Bank, using state-of-the-art technology solutions and non-traditional branch design to augment the transformative process.

Joe Militello leads Nautilus Hyosung America’s Global Software Center (GSC), where he is responsible for developing the multi-industry software solutions and hardware that make NHA the market leader in the self-service software industry. Joe also oversees the release, customization and deployment of hardware solutions in NHA’s rapidly growing American market. Joe brings 15 years of industry experience to NHA, where he also heads the Professional Services Consulting Group, managing development and implementation of on- and off-site customer services to complement GSC solutions. Prior to joining NHA, Joe worked in global development and deployment roles for NCR Corporation.
