Chris Barlow joined Webster Bank in 2011 as Vice President of eBanking and Mobile Product Manager. In his role, he leads the development of customer-facing digital strategies and defines and executes a multi-year roadmap for mobile/online development and innovation. Working with the eBanking, IT, Marketing and Product teams, Chris is responsible for creating digital functionality and user experiences for Webster’s customer touchpoints. A Stanford University Alumnus, Chris has over 20 years of experience in creating digital financial services experiences having developed innovative solutions for USAA, Citibank, American Express, and Standard & Poor’s.

Mike Panzarella | Senior Vice President of Product | Green Dot

Mike Panzarella is the Senior Vice President of Product at Green Dot. In this role Mike oversees all aspects of Green Dot’s online, mobile and card services and features. He joined Green Dot in December 2014 as Vice President of Product, and was responsible for Green Dot’s product delivery platforms and product creation. Prior to Green Dot, Mike was the Director of the Financial Services Practice at Perficient, a digital transformation consulting firm where he was responsible for the management, strategy and solution offerings for banking, insurance and capital markets firms across North America.

Shehla Zafar | Global Industry Director for Banking | Kofax from Lexmark

Shehla brings over 18 years of experience in consulting, project management and digital transformation. In the last three years she has helped banks develop strategies to achieve their goals around digitization, omnichannel and customer experience. Shehla is responsible for developing Kofax from Lexmark’s banking solutions strategy that addresses the latest information trends and challenges for banks. She is focused on driving and promoting solution capabilities that encompass process automation, mobile capture and analytics to address banks’ information challenges.
