*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that this is not a tradeshow and we encourage our sponsors to participate in sessions alongside our attendees, regardless of whether or not you have a sponsor table/booth (please reference your agreement for clarification).

Any additional costs (specialty electric, labor, etc.) associated with your table or booth space will be at the sponsor’s cost. If you have equipment that needs extra power, please contact Ben Phillips at ben.phillips@encoreglobal.com

Please use the labels attached to ensure we place your packages in the correct areas at the Summit. Ship only to the address on the labels attached; do NOT ship directly to the hotel. Packages may arrive between November 3 and December 1.

Shipping Notes:

• Swag items arriving after December 1 may not make it into the swag bags.
• Please note that additional handling fees from the hotel or show decorator may incur.
• After the event, exhibitors are responsible for making pick-up arrangements for outbound shipments. Please see the show decorator if you need assistance.
